If you'd like to change your order, please provide your order ID with detailed information via Contact Us. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Please note that we support cancellations within 12 hours from the placing time and change the information within 24 hours from the placing time.

But please bear in mind that we cannot change an order once it has entered into production.
